Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Arnette Et Yves ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Delivery Processing Time

Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 2 - 7 days after shipping. The length of time will vary, depending on your zip code.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Damages & Issues

Arnette Et Yves is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
